Due to weight and size of boxes, ground shipping is recommended. We can also ship your case to Canada! Please call us to receive an accurate shipping quote.
We use UPS shipping for standard case shipping. All of our shipments include insurance. We guarantee our products in the case of damage.
If your case arrives damaged, please contact our customer service at 888-950-5399 within 7 business days. We will not be able to issue a replacement if you do not call us before this time.
Engraving on logo cases takes approximately two business days and then normal ground shipping of five to seven days.
If you call for expedited shipping, we will get it done that day or the next. When ordering a display case with a logo, please be advised that the logo engraved will be the current logo for that team.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that display cases with custom logos cannot be returned. Cases with engraved player names may not be returned depending upon the name engraved. All returned items must be in the original box with packing. Please call for details.
As often as possible we offer sale prices on items within our store. However, we are unable to honor sale prices on purchases prior to an item or items going on sale.
Due to the large number of products we carry, occasionally errors occur in the pricing of our products. We do our best to prevent such instances, but in the event that this should occur we reserve the right to contact the customer prior to the item shipping and inform them of the price discrepancy. At this time the customer may decide whether they wish to pay the correct price or cancel their order. We reserve the right not to fill an order at any time for any reason.
